Our outsourced services can be structured to best meet the needs of our client:

Fixed Pricing Model (per project)

Fixed pricing is available when our client is able to provide Cosmic Bridge with well defined parameters that clearly and unambiguously describe the projects' scope and technical specifications.

Under our fixed pricing model, all critical aspects of the project, including scope, cost and delivery schedule is clearly defined and agreed upon before work is commenced. The client is asked to provide a detailed Requirements Specification whereupon Cosmic Bridge will provide a total project cost that can be relied upon.

If help is needed to define project parameters, Cosmic Bridge will assign an onsite team to assist in documenting the Requirements and Specification on a Time and Material basis. Once the project has begun, payments are directly linked to the acceptance of each project milestone.

Cosmic Bridge will engage in the entire project from start to finish, or we can execute the project in logical pieces as allowed by the characteristics of the project.

Time and Material Model (per project)

Our Time and Material pricing is applicable to dynamic projects for which specifications are evolving, subject to change or otherwise not yet well defined. In these cases, Cosmic Bridge will collaborate with our clients' internal team to help formulate and refine the project parameters using our team of managers / architects / programmers and systems analysts. In this case, we will NOT provide a fixed price proposal for the project but rather will provide consultants that work on an agreed upon monthly or hourly rate.

Outsourced Development Environment

We recognize that among the critical factors needed to ensure a successful project is the establishment of an appropriate development / test environment. Further, the environment must, to the greatest extent possible, replicate our clients' production environment. To that end, each development center will provide the following:

	A designated team: A seasoned team will be assigned and dedicated to work on our client's projects exclusively. Recognizing the importance of team cohesiveness, every effort will be made to retain substantially the same team throughout the project. To help promote continuity and overall team cohesion, any new team member will be required to complete a client / project-specific technical and application orientation. Moreover, our clients are also given the flexibility of drawing resources from this team for any onsite requirements.

	Designated infrastructure: Each development center will provide and set up all hardware and software resources required for the project in the designated area including any tools or core software that may be required. The application software, databases, third party tools and system configuration parameters will be properly setup for smooth functioning. Should project execution require specific or proprietary tools that cannot be purchased in the open market, our client will be asked to loan those tools to Cosmic Bridge for the duration of the project.

	Each development center will designate an adequate and appropriate workspace within its facility to provide for proximity and effective communication within the team.

Our outsourced development pricing is predicated on the duration, scope and specific skill set(s) required. After careful analysis of our clients needs, a Project Cost Proposal will be prepared for our clients' consideration.
